Jon is a seasoned project consultant with a career spanning twenty years having lived and worked in London and New York City. His specialization lies in stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and resource optimization.

A multi-certified practitioner of world-class technology development techniques and a digital leader that leverages over 30 years’ experience across the financial services sector; principally global markets, asset management, and investment banking. 

As an ex-Apple Executive, Nigel has used his existing experience to support early-stage businesses and ventures. As the now Director at Cotan, he promotes reliable and innovative solutions that allow quick, sustainable growth through positions as Board Advisors and Non-Exec Directors. 

Andrew Adams is a veteran of City with over 30 years’ experience gained at all levels. 17 of those years were spent working at several Stockbrokers, Asset Managers, and Investment Banks where he held positions within the front, middle, and back office. Over the past 20 years, he has been involved in establishing several recruitment businesses and divisions for new and existing companies. At the forefront of Andrew’s skills is his ability to converse at all levels with honesty and integrity, ultimately allowing him and his team to provide exceptional service to his clients. 

Andrew leads the Client Services team and is responsible for ensuring all Client needs are met from an operational standpoint whilst working with the Heads of Practice on all new engagements.
